Do you ever feel like you have no energy left or like you are out of fuel in your tank? It happens to me at times. Just like our cars need fuel to run, our bodies also need fuel to run. When I am low on fuel it not only effects my Energy but it can affect my drive and concentration levels.
Our one some would love to eat Candy, Doritos and Pop all the time if we let him but we want him to be healthy so we keep it in balance the junk food he eats and tries to get him to eat as much healthy food that we can to fuel his body. Our youngest son Seth, he is our healthier eater most of the time. Again, by my disclaimer I am not giving you any medical advice on what to eat or exercise to do, you should see professional advice for that.
For myself when I feel like I am running low on fuel I feel tired, weak and even light headed at times. Ayn Pavek a good friend of mine is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist at Hy-Vee Food Stores and has helped me a lot of the years with the foods I eat or have tried to help me. LOL
One day for instance Ayn saw me after a round of golf and she said I was dehydrated. She took me over to the Powerade section and had me open one and drink it right away. Of course, after I drank it I went up and paid for it. But she was right, I was really weak and tired before and felt much better after I drank the Powerade. Since that day I have drank some Powerade everyday but I drink the Powerade Zero for no sugar. The Powerade Zero helps with my waist line. LOL
