Health Tips


Our Health is something that we take for granted so often until we don’t have it. Then when we don’t have it we would pay anything to get it back. When our Health is down it can hurt our Relationships, Our Finances and more. When we are under the weather it can be hurtful.

Here is Arizona there was a lot of Flu going around this last winter. I know people all around the US had bad cases of the Flu also. A lot of people I know missed work which if they didn’t have any Sick Pay at work or Vacation time it costs them money. But also, it could cost the business with the person out from lost productivity in maybe creating products to selling products.

Relationships can be strained also from trying to find someone to take care of the kids when they are sick and can’t go to school. Some people I know lost money on a trip they had to cancel because of sickness and they didn’t have Travel Insurance. They had looked forward to the trip for so long. Mrs. RE and myself always buy Travel Insurance to make sure we are covered if something comes up and we have to cancel our trip.

When people have Health problems it can be costly many ways from not working to the Doctor bills. When I worked for Financial Health, Woodman Insurance and my own Coaching business so many people were in tough financial situations due to their Medical Bills.

So many people I have known over the years worked there whole adult lives until there Health was so bad and had to Retire. Some where from ages 50 to 70’s and they may have a good Nest Egg or a good Pension coming in each month but their Health is so bad that they pretty much are at home most of the time. It is hard for some of them to go for walks, hike, ride a bike or even get out of a chair. That is why I like helping people find ways to Retire Early while they can enjoy some good Retirement years. Below are some areas that have worked for me to give me more energy. It hasn’t helped my Golf scores yet though. LOL
