March 2020 Financial and Goals Results

March is over but upcoming months may not be any better. WOW, we are living in a wild time right now. I know our boys should remember this the rest of their lives. March again wasn’t a fun month if you have money in the Stock Market or in Digital Currency. As you know the Coronavirus is growing and it hurting people, businesses and our economy. For us we may not like seeing the stock market numbers but we know we are in for the long haul and we feel the stock market will come back sometime down the road and be even stronger than it was.

We did have fun with Mom and Dad this month till we drove them back to Minnesota. We took them to Tucson and Tombstone, AZ for the day plus a lot of other fun things. Dad helped fix a lot of stuff around our house which saved us some big money. Mom won too many card games also. LOL

The boys are happy that school is on line now. But they aren’t happy with having to stay inside all day long. Most things are shut down here in Arizona and it looks like they will stay that way through April.

Logan will miss out on many of his Senior Year events like Prom and probably Graduation ceremony. This shutdown is affecting Logan’s Navy training and weekly meetings. Plus, effecting Seth’s Basketball skills. LOL

Missy and Darlene was supposed to have a girl’s trip in March but unfortunately had to cancel that also. Hopefully they can do it this fall.

We all agreed that it would be best that Mom and Dad drove back to Minnesota instead of flying so we all loaded up the van and had a cross country trip to Minnesota. We only stayed a few days in Minnesota because Darlene had to get back for work.

March is over and let’s hope April is better. At least in April we may be getting our Tax Refunds back and the Stimulus Money. Hopefully we can also get our Disney Cruise Money refunded to us and not Cruise Credit.

We just need to grow our followers of Mills Way and also tighten up our expenses more.

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”. By Albert Einstein. I would also say the definition of insanity is believing you can live a financial responsible life without tracking how you are doing, having a budget and goals. I like following others who track their finances to compare our also. I enjoy helping people with their finances and goals.
