My Weight Loss Story

Weight Loss can be a hot topic this time of the year for different people. I know many people have Weight Loss as a New Years Resolution each year. But how many people stick with it or just keep listing it each year?

I had it on my Goals list last year to lose 20 lbs of Weight. I ended up losing 29.4 lbs for the year. I was really happy. I do have weight loss on my Goals list for the year again. My goal is to get to 173 lbs or to lose another 20 lbs for the year.

How was I able to do it and stick to it for the whole year is a common question I have been asked. I feel each person can have there own way to make it happen. I am not saying my way is the correct way, but it is how I lost my weight. I didn’t do the below items 100%. I still had some Pops now and then. I still had Popcorn at the movies. I still had Ice Cream once in a while with the family. I still ate out at Golden Corral Buffet once in a while. But my weight loss goals did help me eat less when I was not following my 100% route. For example I may have ordered a large Malt before and now I order a small Malt.

Here was my weight loss tips I did;
