This is one of the most important areas of living a healthier life that I believe. Maybe it is the business world that I grew up in where we tracked as much as possible. When you track somethings, you can see if you are winning or losing. It is like a game and can be fun also even though some of you may be saying this sounds like too much work or not worth my time.
If you are a Golfer think of tracking like this. If I said let’s go to a field and hit the golf ball back and forth every day for 4 hours at a time how many days would you want to do this? Not many golfers that I know would like to do that. The golfers and myself we like to keep score to know are we improving or going backwards. I know Golf can be challenging and our scores go up and down. That is Golf. But like for myself I track also Greens Hit, Fairways Hit, Lost Balls, Putts and more. That way I can even narrow down on the area to spend more time on to reduce my Golf Scores so I don’t pay my friends so much money. LOL
Since I started tracking my Weight and What I eat and Drink in 2017 I have been doing really good at losing weight and getting my blood pressure in line. There are many ways to track your Health to help you work towards your goals. I currently use an old fashion Excel Spreadsheets that I made up. Below are a few types of items that may work for you to track your Health Numbers, Goals and more;
