Probably everyone has different things that may keep them awake at night. We all have heard about the importance of a good night’s sleep and if not, some say that it could affect your health. I have worked with some people that said you need as low as 4 to 5 hours a night and others that say 7 to 8 hours a night. One guy I worked that said all you need is 4 hours a sleep a night died in his late 50’s. Maybe it was his sleep pattern or smoking and drinking habit he had.
You should seek a medical doctor if you feel you have something causing you to stay awake at night. I am not giving you any medical advice but here are some ways that could keep you awake at night;
